So the Big 3 automakers are back in DC looking for their handout. This time they have been emasculated by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Harry ('Smells Bad') Reid in that they are all driving down to DC from Michigan. Wow... Why not have them ride a bike to reduce emissions?
Anyway, the Big 3 want their money. And while I understand the tough economic implications of having them declare Chapter 11 bankruptcy, it would allow them time to reorganize and get out from under the iron fist of the UAW.
